Piston Rod

Hard chrome plated and polished piston rod with standard full male thread.

Tubing

Seal life is highly dependent on the finish on which the seal slides. Hard coated aluminum tubing on inside for low friction and corrosion resistance.

Seals

Self adjusting Buna-N-cup rod seal. Piston seals are either Buna-N-cups or O-ring. Rod wiper provides seal protection.

Rod Bearing

Self lubricating bronze rod bearing.

Cylinder heads

Cylinder heads are machined from high tensile strength aluminum alloy.

200 PSI air pressure rating

Temperature range

10° F to 200° F with standard seals
